Understanding your legacy

The question we should have to ask ourselves is what is our legacy going to be after we have passed on.

I have lived with HIV, Hodgkin's Lymphoma Stage 4b and chronic kidney disease.

Currently I am in remission from Hodgkin's Lymphoma and still living with HIV and chronic kidney disease.

I have and still empower those who are affected by these aliments with coping mechanisms and hope.

On a daily basis I still struggle with tiredness but I do not let the negatives affect my life.
You have to set an example, and my legacy that I would like to leave is that I have empowered those affected with coping mechanisms that they in turn can give to others to overcome the many trials and tribulations that are to come.

I am currently still working on that legacy to improve every day that I may be a positive influence on those whom I meet along life's path.

I am open to questions and I am willing to share my life experiences

I enjoy healthy foods, my husband made this today its awesome

Life

Today I started writing about my experiences spanning 13yrs of customer service

Wisdom  and patience enhances ones abilities to deal with your daily experiences with your clients. No matter how difficult the issues at hand deal with each client with empathy remembering the fundamental truth that you are the front line and the first impression your  client has of your brand. That anger is not personal but frustration thus venting. It's up to you to stay cool and listen and find common ground. So when you fianilise the call your client admires your brand.

Know your client and you will only build a strong reputation and relationship with your client, in return they will express service excellence and refer your brand

I have dedicated my life to empower not only my client but those whom I work with

Even in my darkest hours of illness (chemo) I still insisted to assist clients to the best of my capabilities and strength

This is for all those in call centres and in the front line learn from me and you will achieve great things for your brand

Please feel free to comment as we can only empower each other. I am always available to share and talk about my life experience in customer service care not just to benefit myself but all of you. It's my pleasure to be able to serve my company and all my clients

A Chapter Begins

I have recently discovered that I have Hodgkin's Disease and it's going to be a long journey Besides surviving HIV for the past 20 odd years with many ups and downs
So my friends I have to be strong not just for myself but others who have Hodgkin's Disease as well
This is a challenge for me and I am looking forward to the long journey as this can only refine and mould your character and spirit. No matter how good and bad things may be I am grateful for my support from my husband and friends
